The world is divided into distinct regions, each with its own resources and dangers. Learning the layout helps you find food and water quickly while avoiding ambush hotspots.
Open Grasslands
Wide plains where herds graze and predators hunt. Great visibility but little cover.
Watering Holes
Central water sources that draw every species, especially during the dry season. High-traffic and high-risk.
Woodland & Scrub
Patchy trees and bushes that provide cover for ambush predators and shelter for prey.
Riverbanks
Flowing water and reeds where crocodiles dominate. Cross carefully.
Rocky Outcrops
Elevated terrain that offers vantage points, dens and defensible ground.

Water is a constant need for every animal. Watering holes and rivers keep your thirst meter full but are also where ambushes happen most, so drink with awareness.
